Basic Life Support (EMT) Ambulance Service
AmbuServe employs only the most qualified EMTs to serve our patient base. Our Basic Life Support transports are done with two Certified Emergency Medical Technicians in one of our fully-stocked state and county licensed ambulance vehicles. AmbuServe’s fleet of vehicles is one of the most modern fleets in the industry. When AmbuServe shows up, you can be assured that your loved ones are in the best hands, utilizing the latest equipment and best practices available in EMS.
Advanced Life Support (Paramedic) Ambulance Service
In Los Angeles County, AmbuServe provides advanced life support paramedic ambulance service staffed with a paramedic and an emergency medical technician. Our paramedics are accredited by the local emergency medical services agency of the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services. Critical Care Transport
AmbuServe offers Critical Care Transports utilizing two EMTs and a Registered Nurse. Our nurses are all ACLS and PALS certified and cross trained on our Respiratory Vents. These specialty calls are run in large specially equipped modular ambulance vehicles allowing optimal comfort and work space for our patients and our crew. Designed to accommodate transfers of stable patients in need of specialized care above that of a paramedic, our specialty crews have the equipment and experience required for these transport requests. the This is just another way to ensure that our patients receive the best care available while entrusted to us.
Respiratory Therapy Transportation
For vent dependent patients, as part of our CCT Program, we offer a this specialized transportation service which includes Respiratory Therapy services during transport. The transport staff includes two EMTs and a respiratory therapist or vent-trained nurse, each of which are certified and licensed with Critical-Care experience. These transports are done in our full-sized specially equipped modular ambulance vehicles, allowing our crew ample room to treat their patient without the over-crowding effect.
Neonatal Transports
AmbuServe provides neonatal transportation for infants needing basic to critical medical care. We consider this another part of our CCT Program. To ensure the safe transportation of our precious cargo, we have specially outfitted modular ambulances with a specially designed hydraulic lift built by “Mack Lift” capable of lifting up to a 5 ton incubator into our vehicle. This allows our patient the benefit of transportation in their safest environment.
Bariatric Transportation
AmbuServe has bariatric gurneys available that hold up to 750lbs. We utilize a specialized gurney with a large body surface (LBS) capable of comfortably holding a bariatric patient. Additionally, these gurneys have larger belts so comfort doesn’t come at the expense of safety. If necessary, we will use a 2nd crew to assist our transport crew to ensure the patient is moved in the safest, most comfortable way possible.
Special Event Medical Coverage
AmbuServe offers a full array of event medical services. At your event, we can provide individual on-site emergency medical technicians (“EMTs”), a first aid station staffed with any combination of EMTs, registered nurses, physicians; as well as on-site standby ambulances staffed at either the BLS or ALS levels. This service is available to many venues including schools for sports and commencement events, professional sporting events, movie production, large gatherings, concerts, or high risk work sites. We can provide all of the necessary staff, equipment and experience to accommodate your event medical needs.
